The check cashing fee is waived and then an 10% is added to your store gift card. So if you put $300 on a gift card you get $330, $600=$660, $900=$990, $1200=$1320.

Supervalue, Inc. Supermarkets (which include Acme, Albertsons, bigg's, Cub Foods, Farm Fresh, Hornbacher's, Jewel-Osco, Lucky, Shaw's/Star Market, Shop 'n Save and Shoppers Food & Pharmacy) are offering the 10% discount.
Kroger stores (which include Kroger, Baker’s, City Market, Dillons, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, Gerbes, Hilander, Jay C, King Soopers, Owen’s, Pay Less, Ralphs, Smith’s and QFC stores) are offering an almost identical program.
