Description

Moistest Banana Bread EVER

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c oil
  • 1⁄2 c plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 3⁄4 c flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 1⁄2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Put in bowl as listed. Mix (do not use mixer) but do not over mix. DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
