Applicants with an incentive-based sales background and the ability to pass an even more thorough security and credit check are preferred. There are a variety of call types ranging from scripted calls such as credit card authorization or lead generation calls, to those calls requiring a more sophisticated level of customer service or selling aptitude such as program retention or licensed insurance sales. For these call types, successful agents enjoy the challenge of incentive-based sales. The primary time slots for Financial Services calls are evenings and weekends. Licensed Insurance Agents They have a variety of clients that place direct response advertisements and are looking for licensed insurance agents that can convert those advertisement respondents into insurance customers. Our clients are looking for applicants that have an active resident life and health insurance license. Inbound Sales These calls are primarily driven by responses to infomercials. Applicants with previous selling experience are preferred. A successful agent follows a script, takes the order, and provides additional services to each caller, building the order to its maximum value and ensuring that caller's questions are answered completely and accurately. Although LiveOps receives calls 24/7, the primary time slots for direct response calls are weekend mornings and afternoons. Outbound Consultative Sales They have a large number of clients that use agents to make outbound consultative calls to their existing customers for cross-selling new or complementary solutions. These calls require agents that have an aptitude for consultative selling, many of which could be financial services products or high-end products. Bilingual Agents LiveOps takes a variety of calls from clients targeting Spanish-speaking audiences. Applicants must be fluent in both written and conversational Spanish, and previous selling experience is preferred. Most of these calls are similar to the direct response calls described above. The times when call volume for these calls is highest are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday early evenings. Casual Dining These calls involve processing delivery and carry out orders for pizza and other casual dining vendors. Applicants with previous experience in a fast-paced order environment are preferred. Successful agents will follow a script, recommended items that the vendor is promoting, suggest additional items to build the order, process the order and guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring the carry out or delivery information is accurate. Peak time slots for these calls are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, so earnings opportunities are typically greater at these times when most people are ordering their evening meals. I currently work for LiveOps! I have been there about 18months now. It is a very good company to work for. When you first start plan on working weekends for the best call volume & to build your stats. We are always being offered new opps/lines to work. I am currently certified for DR(direct response)(taking orders for infomercials) I also do outbound & political outbound, certified Lifelock rep, 1-800-flowers, christian calls, and just certified for the new emergency response team.
We also have the food lines, Pizza Hut,Papa John's, Rib Shak...
Not sure how the hiring is going right now, but I'm sure there will be a bunch new agents hired in the fall.
You are charged for a background check, but this is legitimate.
You can choose direct deposit, or get a paper check in the mail.
We get paid on the 1st & 16th.
