You can work 15 minutes, or 15 hours it's entirely up to you. As a guide you spend time answering people's real-time mobile questions by using the web. You get paid .20 cents per answer which generally turns into between $4 and $10 an hour. This is a great way to earn some extra income.

I am a Cha Cha Guide! It is great! Easy, extra money. Can do while watching tv. It's 20 cents per answer, and it is basically 6-10 an hour.
You can get paid by paper check once a month, or sign up for the ATM card, and use your cash whenever you need it!
One hint on the test...type slow..they are looking for accuracy, not speed.....
if you fail the first part, you can try again with a new email, just type slow and you will pass!
